The Independence Day was celebrated by NK BAGRODIA PUBLIC SCHOOL ROHINI on August 14, 2024, it marked the 78th anniversary of India’s independence.The event was organized by the Siddharth House, students from various grades participated in patriotic song, dances, and skit that depicted the struggle for independence and the importance of unity and diversity in the nation.The occasion began with a melodious instrumental presentation of national song and prayer.A beautiful rendition Mere Nas Nas mein hai Bharat took everyone in awe.Primary Department students presented a dance performance Colours of Freedom.A group of students performed a skit that highlighted the sacrifices made by freedom fighters, which was met with applause and admiration.The programme culminated with a foot tapping dance performance United in Freedom.A Quiz was interwoven in the programme to enhance the knowledge of the audience.Winners were awarded certificates and prizes, adding excitement to the day.The Principal Mr. Prashant Parashar delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of Independence Day and the responsibilities of the younger generation in building a strong and prosperous nation.The Headmistress, Mrs Jyotsana Sharma also shared her thoughts on the importance of freedom, equality, and national integrity.The event ended with the National AnthemThe celebration instilled a sense of patriotism and pride among the students and staff. It served as a reminder of the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters and the importance of working towards the nation’s progress. The event was a grand success, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of responsibility towards the country.

This Diwali, NKBPS,Rohini illuminated its halls with joy and unity. The festival of lights was celebrated with great avidity and zeal.
The celebrations of this delightful festival began with an enthralling special assembly, decorating the school premises wonderfully, which created an auspicious aura filled with festive vibrations.
It was spellbinding to see the concern of Bagrodians towards our environment as they promoted the slogan ‘say no to crackers’ and pledged to celebrate the ‘festival of lights’ with only Diyas for a environment-friendly spark and brightness.
Towards the end of the presentation, students devised ways to celebrate Diwali which is safe for all.
