Dr. Rajee N.Kumar, an innovative educationist, with over 35 years of experience, in the field of education has brought a paradigm shift on how education needs to be imparted to young students, owing to her clear understanding of the needs of the growing children.
She was the founder Principal of N.K.Bagrodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi. In the year 2017, the School Average at CBSE class XII was 82.7% and 39 students scored 90% and above. In the year 2018, the School Average at CBSE Class XII was 82.19% and 47 students scored 90% and above.
In the year 2019, the School average was 82.82% and 49 scored 90% and above. In the year 2020, the School Average at CBSE class XII 87.76 % and 82 students scored 90% and above. In the year 2021, the School Average at CBSE class XII was 89.8% and 55.5% of the students scored 90% and above. The school stood amongst the Top-10 Schools of Delhi & NCR as per TOI in various years. She is the also the Manager of N.K.Bagrodia Global School, Sector-17, Dwarka.
Dr Rajee N.Kumar was also a proud recipient of La Cruz de Orden del Mérito Civil – Cross of Civilian Order of Merit { bestowed by King of Spain } by Ms. Montserrat Momán Pampillo, Chargeé d’ Affaires in a glittering award ceremony at the Embassy of Spain. The Order of Civil Merit was established by King Alfonso XIII of Spain in 1926. The order recognizes “the civic virtue in the service of the Nation, as well as extraordinary service by Spanish and foreign citizens for the benefit of Spain. The Award was a recognition to the magnificent work done by our Head of School Dr Rajee N.Kumar in the field of Education for last 35 years as an eminent Educationist.
She has been instrumental in developing, organizing, conducting training programmes and seminars for students and teachers and actively disseminating her experiences and learnings. She is a doctorate in Botany specialized in Microbial Biotechnology and Gold Medalist alumni in M.Phil of Delhi University and an academician par excellence with more than 11 years of research experience and 30 publications in National and International journals to her credit. Her affable personality makes her endearing to students, faculty members and parents. Easy accessibility and open door policy helps her to function in a democratic way. Under her stewardship, the school has won various Zonal, State and National level competitions. An educationist par excellence, she has contributed immensely in the personal and professional growth of the faculty members. Leads from the front, instrumental in spreading cheer among the less privileged. She has explored curriculum and pedagogy through educational Exchange Programmes with European countries like France and Denmark. During the past year, under the leadership of Dr Rajee N. Dr Rajee N Kumar was recently awarded National Award for her contribution in the field of Education under the category of ‘Best School providing Quality Education with Global Standards’ at Hindi Bhawan, New Delhi on 16th April 2022. Her most recent award was given by Think Unique Infomedia in CSR impact Summit held at India habitat centre on 6th May 2022 in the category ‘Most Effective Principal’.
After superannuation from the post of Founder Principal of N.K.Bagrodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, she joined the post of ‘Director’ of N.K.Bagrodia Group of School from 1st April 2022. She is instrumental in preparation and implementation of goals & procedures to ensure proactive and high-quality approach for academics of the students.
